Curtin Harbor Services is hiring Chief Mates for ASD ship-assist and escort tugs in the San Pedro Bay Port Complex. Mates work with the Port Captain and Vessel Captain as the Curtin Standard experts for ship-assist and escort, assisting the Captain and Harbor/State Pilots with docking, undocking, and escort of deep-draft vessels. Harbor-based shift work including nights, weekends, and holidays; does not typically require extended time away from home. Benefits: medical, dental, vision, STD, AD&D/life and a 401(k) with match.
